Our Organic Indigo Hair Powder is a natural hair dye which transforms your grey hair into dark brown to black tones (when used with Rang e hina's Rajasthani Henna powder).

Store in a cool or dry place away from sunlight.
Instructions:
1. Make sure your hair are clean, dry & oil-free before applying hair dye.
2. For achieving dark brown or black colour dye, you have to follow two-step henna and indigo process.
3. Prepare henna paste of Rang e hina's Rajasthani henna powder, with warm water or tea water until feels like a yogurt consistency & keep it aside for 4-6 hours. After dye release you can add egg as well in the mixture.
4. Apply it on your hair and let the paste rest for 4 hours.
5. Rinse your hair with lukewarm water (Don't use shampoo or conditioner).
6. After 24 hours of henna application, now mix Rang e hina's indigo hair powder with warm water in a bowl. Mixture must be thicker than henna paste.
7. Rest indigo paste for half an hour.
8. Apply it on the damp hair till roots & cover your hair with shower cap or plastic wrap.
9. Make sure you wear some old shirt & gloves while applying indigo, as it will stain your hands or clothes.
10. Leave the paste on for 2 to 3 hours, or longer if you desire a darker shade.
11. Wash your hair with water until the water runs clear. Now you can apply mustard/ coconut/ olive oil once hair becomes dry.
12. After 24 hours, rinse your hair with shampoo and conditioner of your choice.
It's recommended to use Indigo powder after 24 hours of henna application but you can also use same day
